Return and Refund Policies

Return and Exchange Policy – Happy Dude:

We have committed ourselves to make best products and put a smile on your face. If there is any issue about products and not meeting your expectations, we are here to assist you. In such cases, the following are applied:

  • No returns allowed on any sold items, except for if flaws in workmanship (Smaller Design, Delivered a wrong size, Product Mismatch)
  • In the event that you are unsatisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item that is This applies to any product shipped with defect in craftsmanship or material.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval.
  • Only unworn items or unused accessories will be accepted for returns/exchange within 10 days of when time was delivered to you.

Refund Policy – Happy Dude:

  • Any returned item must be in its original condition.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a period of 10 days. You may also experience a delay in refund upto 14 days during unprecedented times.

Note: Sometimes, we shall instruct you to ship the product by yourself by any shipment platform. However we will refund you the shipping cost once you submit the shipment bill/receipt.
